During a routine inspection
People told us they liked the home. One person said, 'It feels homely' and 'The food is home cooked and always good'. People told us that the menu was varied and that they could decide what they preferred to eat.
One person told us that they had been able to discuss their care plan and that they were happy with the level of care provided. People told us they felt safe. One person said that staff were, "Very nice and always kind'. Another person told us that staff, 'Cannot do enough for you, they are always lovely.'
We observed staff spending time with people and treating them with dignity and seeking their consent prior to undertaking tasks or activities. People were able to spend time with others or spend time in their rooms. They could make their own choice.
