During a routine inspection

We did not speak with people directly at this visit, but we spoke with relatives and they told us people were treated with respect, the staff were very good and looked after their sons very well. However they were concerned at the lack of a permanent manager. There had been numerous different managers, which they felt affected the people who received a service as each new manager had different ideas and expectations.

Relatives also told us they did not always receive communication from the staff or manager
