During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with told us that they were very happy living at their homes and that they were satisfied with the care they received. One person said, "It's great where I live, I'm very happy and I feel part of the family." Another person said "I'm very happy at my home I have no problems at all."
We spoke with people on their own and also with their carers present. When carers came into the room after we had spoken with people we saw genuine warmth and affection between the carer and the person who used the service. We noted one persons face 'light up' and she rushed to hug her carer when she walked in the room. We observed that the body language of people was positive and their facial expressions and actions conveyed contentment.
