During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were very complimentary about the home and said they thought it was a safe and pleasant place to live. We were told staff supported people in a kind and sensitive way, respecting their wishes and preferences.
People said they were happy with their rooms and the general facilities offered. When we asked if there was anything they would like improving the people we spoke with offered no suggestions.
People told us the staff were competent in their job and praised the level of care and attention they provided. They said they felt there were enough staff on duty to meet people's needs.
People said they felt confident taking any concerns to the manager or staff. One person told us, 'it is very good here, if you have any concerns you go to them and they sort them out'
