During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us that they were happy with the support they received. One person told us "I make my own decisions about going out with my friends."
Medication was administered by care staff who had been trained to do so. We observed a person using the service being administered medication and the process was carried out following the instructions in their medication plan.
We spoke with one staff member who was knowledgeable about the people using the service and how to meet their needs. There was evidence of staff meetings and supervision sessions so staff were supported and provided with development opportunities.
People told us they aware how to complain one said "I would speak to my key worker." The system in place was robust and provided an effective process for managing any complaints made.
