During a routine inspection
A relative said, "Care needs definitely discussed with mum and family on admission and since that time". "We are kept informed of any changes and feel involved".
A person said, "They look after me on the whole, I have no worries".
Another person said, "You get good care, think the staff have the knowledge to care for me properly".
Someone else said, "I have no complaints what so ever. Everything is fine here. Staff are all very good and kind".
A relative said, "It has been great, mum is completely happy with things".
One person said, "Meals are good, they always have something that I like. Another person said, "Meals are alright, not like when you cooked for yourself but still very good, sometimes have a choice".
A relative said, "Mum thinks the meals are brilliant".
One person said, "I feel safe, there is nothing I am unhappy with".
Another said, "If I do make a complaint, they will look into it".
