During an inspection in response to concerns
All the relatives we spoke to told us that they are contacted when their relative's health condition changed.
People living at the home told us that they had to wait for drinks and meals. They also told us the quality of the meals was mixed.
Both people at the home and relatives told us that staff were kind and caring.
Healthcare professionals that visit the home told us they were happy with the care the home provided.
