During a routine inspection
Some people were unable to share their experiences with us. Those that could spoke highly of the care and support they received. 'Staff look after us well; nothing is to much trouble.' I can't fault the care I receive'.
People felt able to express their views and involved in decisions about their care and treatment. They felt able to raise concerns. People considered that their privacy and dignity is respected.
Most relatives we spoke with were happy with the care and service their family member received, and said they were involved in their care and reviews.
People considered there was generally enough staff on duty to meet their needs. Most relatives shared this view. People felt the home is well managed as the staff team run things properly.
