During a routine inspection
People told us and we found their care needs were met. One person said they “were very happy with the service.” Another person said they received “help with everyday things.”
The evidence we reviewed demonstrated to us that people were treated with respect and that their views and preferences were considered by staff in the delivery of their care. People received the care and support that met their needs. Staff had undergone safeguarding training, which enabled them to identify and respond to any potential safeguarding concerns effectively. We found that staff were supported by their manager and had access to training and development opportunities but did not receive an opportunity to have their performance appraised annually. We found that the assessment and monitoring of the service was insufficient. We found that there was adequate information about making a complaint.
