During an inspection looking at part of the service
People living in the home were observed to be relaxed during their lunch. Those we spoke to said they had enjoyed their meal. We saw that the improvements made by the provider had enhanced the meal time experience and people were now getting the support they needed as set out in their care plans. Improvements included reviewing care plans, reassessing who ate where, deploying more staff at meal times and ensuring people were supported by care staff with the knowledge and skills required.
