During a routine inspection
One person told us, 'The staff are cheerful and happy.' They explained they only had to call the office and the staff would arrange the help they needed. A second person said, 'Staff come and look after me.' A third person explained that staff were very good in their roles and staff supported them by cooking food. One relative told us 'in the early days I had concerns, but staff dealt with them well.' They explained the overall quality of the service was, 'Very good.' A second relative spoke positively about the care worker who looked after the person using the service.
People's privacy and dignity were supported. People received care and support that met their needs. The people we spoke with confirmed they felt safe in the care of staff. People were protected from abuse.
We found that the recruitment process had been reviewed for care staff. We saw that measures to assess and monitor the service were in place.
