During an inspection looking at part of the service
We observed that staff treated people with respect and their dignity was maintained. For example, personal care was provided in private and people were spoken to respectfully. We observed several interventions where staff responded to comfort people who were upset or agitated. We observed that staff are knowledgeable about the likes and dislikes of people living in the home and were kind, caring and attentive towards them during our visit.
