During an inspection in response to concerns
Visitors said that they were happy with the care and support their relatives and friends receive and that they were aware of the care and support provided.
People told us that that they enjoy playing board games with others who they live with and their relatives and friends. People said that they enjoy the meals at Harley Grange. Observations of the lunchtime meal showed that mealtimes were relaxed but lively with people who share a dining table conversing with each other. People who required assistance with eating were supported by a member of staff on a one to one basis.
Records showed that the needs of people were regularly reviewed. Records were up to date and reflected the day to day care, support and treatment that people received.
