Our view of the service

We undertook an assessment of Park House between 15 May and 20 May 2024 as the service was found to be in breach of Regulation 17 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 at the last inspection. During this assessment we found the service had improved its systems related to fire safety, legionella, environmental risks and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA). Processes were in place to monitor the effectiveness of these systems.
