During an inspection in response to concerns
People at the home and their relatives told us about the staff including the activities coordinator and cook. People at the home and their relatives told us the staff at the home were good and they knew how to meet their needs. They were kept occupied because of the activities and the food was good and varied. People felt respected, staff knocked on their bedroom door before entering and their care was provided in a dignified manner.
We were also told that their care was rushed because the staffing levels were poor. They also said that they had to wait for moving and handling manoeuvres because there was insufficient equipment.
