During a routine inspection
All the people who used the outreach service that we spoke with were satisfied with the service they received. They told us that staff understood their needs and provided the support they needed. They said that staff were friendly and treated them with respect.
We found that the provider promoted the rights of the people using the service to make choices about their lives and to develop their independence. People had opportunities to live active social lives, to spend time with their friends and families and to be part of their local community.
The relative we spoke with said that staff kept them up to date with any issues affecting their family member. The relative told us that their family member received high quality care, commenting, 'Currently the care and support is excellent.' The relative said of the staff who supported their family member, 'They know her really well. They know her needs inside out ' they're excellent.'
