General comments about the service included 'It's much better than the hospital ' we have much more freedom', 'a nice place', 'it's a good place to live' and 'very nice'.People told us that staff treated them respectfully. Feedback included 'all nice people', 'nice enough towards me', 'they're alright ' friendly' and 'polite'.
Feedback about the food included 'it's average', 'nice', 'decent food' and 'there is good food being served here'.
All of the people we spoke to felt able to voice any concerns or complaints they may have. Comments included 'I feel able to talk to the staff', 'I would talk to the manager' and 'I'll go and knock on the (office) door'.
Issues raised by individuals included having a more accessible covered outside area for smoking and getting their en-suite shower repaired.
