During a routine inspection
People told us that they did not have sufficient information about the service and had trouble communicating with the office.
A minority of people said they were not treated respectfully by staff.
Some people had concerns about the quality, coordination and safety of care they received and the time staff had to deliver care. Almost all the people we spoke to said they had not had the service they received monitored.
People expressed mixed views about the staff attitudes and skills.
Some people who raised concerns had not had them addressed.
