During a routine inspection
Comments from people who used the service and visitors included 'The staff are fantastic, I can't fault them, they are absolutely wonderful' and 'Any concerns are taken on board immediately.'
People who used the service told us that the staff were kind and treated them well. People and their relatives told us that they were involved in decisions about people's care. It was not evident that everyone living in the home had enough to do.
People who used the service had a plan of care that included up to date information about the individual support and care they needed. People's health, safety and welfare were protected as they received the advice and treatment that they needed from a range of healthcare and social care professionals.
People knew how to make a complaint. Complaints were responded to appropriately. Records were accurate, up to date and kept secure.
