During a routine inspection
People using the service told us that they have choices about what they would like to do and staff members help them to be independent.
People and their relatives told us that they thought the care and support they receive is well planned and thought through, they enjoyed the company of staff and the service provided is 'the best' and 'excellent'.
People who use the service told us that they felt safe. Peoples relatives said that their loved ones had built up trusting professional relationships with staff and the service was 'next to none'.
Some people said that they really, really liked their carer's and had a 'good laugh with them. They thought the agency and staff were 'fantastic' and 'terrific'. They said that their carers arrive on time and they always know who is coming as they have a rota with the carer's photo on it.
Some people's relatives told us that they felt the staff members were professional, caring, well trained and committed to their work and the service overall was 'just brilliant'.
Some people's relatives told us that they and their loved ones felt included and well informed about what happens at the service and that the manager was really good at communicating.
Some people using the service and their relatives told us that they would have no problem raising any complaints or concerns and would go to the manager to do so.
