During a routine inspection
Staff greeted residents warmly and interacted positively and sensitively using touch where appropriate. People's privacy and dignity were protected and people appeared at ease in the presence of staff.
Staff showed an awareness of the need to respect people's rights to make their own decisions and allowing them to choose what activities they would like to take part in.
People were able to move freely within the home and able to choose where they preferred to spend their time.
People at the home showed signs of well-being, appeared comfortable and looked well cared for.
