During a routine inspection
People's representatives told us that they and their relative were involved in the process of reviewing their needs. People told us that staff help them with their shopping, getting dressed and support them to go out to visit the GP. They were able to name their support staff. A person's representative commented that they regularly visit their relative and are 'very pleased' with the support they receive.
Another person's representative told us that they had seen how caring the staff team had been to people using the service and told us 'they are very fond of them'.
A person using the service commented that staff 'treat me well'. A person's representative commented that their relative had appeared comfortable with the service straight away. They told us that they would raise any problems with the Head Office, and commented that they felt confident that staff would take their concerns seriously. Another person's representative commented that 'if we have any problems, we can bring them up with staff who always have the answers that we need'. People's representatives commented that they felt that the environment in which their relative was supported in was safe.
A person using the service told us that staff do a good job and are 'nice'. A person's representative commented that carers were 'great and very friendly'. One of the people using the service told us that 'staff do a good job'. A person's representative commented that carers seemed to be very well trained and always seemed to know what they were doing. Another representative commented that staff were 'excellent'.
