During a routine inspection
We saw letters of compliments and thanks from people that used the service that praised the 'Dignity and kindness' that was shown by staff. Comments in these talked about the 'Helpfulness and patience 'shown by staff to help people 'Feel at ease' and understand their treatment. One comment stated 'The persons involved in every aspect of the process were very kind and caring'the whole experience of the session was very good, none of the group wanted it to end.'
