During a routine inspection
We spoke to people about their experiences being supported by the scheme. They told us their carers provided sensitive and flexible personal care support and they felt well cared for. We were told their carers had the skills necessary to ensure people they support were treated with respect and dignity.
People supported by the scheme told us they had no concerns about the care being provided and felt safe and protected from potential harm.
People told us they were consulted about the service being provided and felt their views were listened to.
'I am fully involved in the decision making about my care. The staff are very supportive towards me and listen to what I have to say. I attend regular meetings with the staff and they encourage you to speak up about the service they provide. I am very happy'.
'I have been supported by the staff for many years. They are providing the support I require in the way I wish it to be provided. I am consulted daily about my care and feel in full control'.
'I feel well supported and like all the staff who I think are brilliant. I believe the service changed my life as I was feeling so down when their support began'.
