During a routine inspection
Two people told us the staff were,'very good.' Another person told us she was 'very pleased with the staff.' Another person said the staff were, 'very nice and it was extremely important to have them.'
People's privacy and dignity were supported. People received care and support that met their needs. The people we spoke to confirmed they felt safe in the hands of Bluebird's care workers. People were not protected from abuse, as safeguarding concerns were not always recorded and acted on in an appropriate manner.
We found that staff had received relevant training but did not receive adequate support in relation to their roles and responsibilities. We saw that measures to assess and monitor the service were in place.
