During a routine inspection
Each person that used the service has their health needs assessed before they undergo any tests or scans. Staff told us, "I take time to answer any questions, it's important for people to feel at ease during their treatment".
The service had an effective complaints system in place. This enabled people to make their views known and gave them the confidence they would be investigated and acted upon.
We looked at the recruitment procedures in place and found there were safe systems in place that would mean unsuitable people are prevented from working at this service.
