During a routine inspection
We found clinic staff understood how to obtain valid consent from people and did this well. Staff made good assessments of people's needs and treated them with professionalism and warmth. Staff were well trained and experienced. They were appraised each year to evaluate their competency and supported with ongoing training and development.
The clinic was clean and well maintained. Staff understood how to prevent and control the spread of infections through hand washing and wearing of protective equipment such as gloves. Any complaints were handled appropriately and professionally.
