We found that people's hydration and nutrition needs were met and the service worked in co-operation with other providers. People were protected against the risk of infection and were also protected from unsafe or unsuitable equipment.
We also found that there were sufficient staff to meet people's needs and records were kept securely and contained appropriate detail.
A person told us that they felt safe. Another person told us that they would speak to staff if they were worried about anything. A person told us that they liked their room. People told us that there were enough staff during the day. One person told us that there were not enough staff at night. A person told us that, 'Staff are fantastic.'
A person told us that they would speak to staff if they wanted to make a complaint. Another person said, 'Happy with everything. No complaints.'
