During a routine inspection
'The staff always treat the residents with respect'.
'Nothing is too much for them'.
'I don't have any concerns here. The staff are nice to us'.
'My daughter is happy with the care staff. She is always in touch with them and if she has any concerns she would raise it with the manager immediately'.
We spoke with two visiting relatives who told us that they were always informed about their relative's progress and did contribute to decisions about their mother's care.
The service users commented that they were well looked after by the staff. They stated that staff were very caring and understood their role as carers.
