During a routine inspection
People said that they were very satisfied with the standard and quality of the support, care and treatment they had received. One person went on to tell us that this practice was, "Superb." Another told us that, 'The standard of treatment (is) 100%, I can't fault it.'
There were effective infection control and clinical waste management systems in place to protect people who used the service, the public and the environment respectively. One person who we spoke with told us that Mowbray Indigo ' 157 Dental Group was, "Spotlessly clean."
People told us that they had confidence in the competency and skills of staff; this was because they felt staff had been recruited to a high standard.
Quality assurance systems were in place to ensure that people received safe dental care and treatment. People had opportunities to inform the practice about any areas of good service and any areas that could be improved.
