During a routine inspection
Letters sent into the practice included comments such as "Many thanks for all your reassurance and patience" and "[The dentist's] whole attitude towards his patients is exceptional". One patient said "You have definitely made a visit to the dentist a more pleasurable experience" and another said "I have lived in this area for 35 years but if I ever moved I would return to [the dentist] and my dental care".
