During a routine inspection

When we asked patients for their views on the dental service they received we were told the service was "Excellent", "Very professional" and "All staff are very polite and informative". One patient told us "[The dentist] explained everything thoroughly at every appointment" and another said that they were shown information on a computer to explain a procedure.

Letters sent into the practice included comments such as "Many thanks for all your reassurance and patience" and "[The dentist's] whole attitude towards his patients is exceptional". One patient said "You have definitely made a visit to the dentist a more pleasurable experience" and another said "I have lived in this area for 35 years but if I ever moved I would return to [the dentist] and my dental care".
