During a routine inspection
Suitable arrangements were in place to ensure people using the service were provided with effective, safe and appropriate personalised care. Also suitable action had been taken to protect people from abuse, minimise the risk of the spread of potential infections and manage medicines appropriately. A suitable recruitment process was being operated. This helped to ensure people using the service were supported by people who were suitably qualified and had undergone the legally required employment checks.
