During a routine inspection
We found the practice was clean and well-maintained. There were policies and procedures in place to protect people from infection. The records we looked at were clear and provided details of the individuals concerned, including their medical history and any treatment given.
Systems were in place to monitor the activity of the practice, including the maintenance of equipment necessary for the effective treatment and protection of people receiving a dental service.
People were able to make appointments at a time which suited them, including when they required emergency treatment. They were given opportunities to comment on their experience and whilst no one appeared to have any complaints, suggestions made in the past about ways of improving the service had been listened to and actioned.
