Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

We obtained the views of 13 patients. Everyone told us they would recommend the practice to a friend or family member. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We were provided with a patient survey which indicated high levels of patient satisfaction.

Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights. Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff.
