During a routine inspection
One person commented; "I've always found them to be good and they fit you in if you have a problem". Another person told us they felt the practice was "Very good".
People told us they were able to access the service easily and they found it easy to book routine and emergency appointments. During our visits one person presented with a problem without having made a prior appointment and they were treated quickly and to their satisfaction.
People told us the dentist explained their treatment options and what the treatment would involve. People felt they had been given sufficient information to make an informed decision about their treatment.
The practice had one treatment room and this was clean and well organised. Practices and procedures were in place to ensure the control of infection and to ensure good hygiene practices between patients.
The provider had systems in place which demonstrate that the quality of the service had been monitored.
