During an inspection in response to concerns
People's needs were assessed. Care and treatment were planned and delivered in line with people's individual plans. We spoke with five people about the treatment they received. They told us they were happy with the treatment they received and that all staff were friendly and professional. One person told us, 'You would never meet a more decent or nicer person than my dentist'. Another said, 'They make you more than welcome'.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. Staff told us that they received appropriate supervision and opportunities for ongoing training.
The provider had a system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
