During a routine inspection
People said it was easy to make an appointment and their treatments were clearly explained.
We saw people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance was available and had been followed. People we spoke with told us the practice was very clean and staff always wore protective clothing when treating them. We also saw staff had received training in this subject.
Staff received appropriate professional development. We saw staff had accessed various training so they could meet people's needs and maintain their qualifications.
People who used the service, their representatives and staff were asked for their views about their care and treatment and they were acted on. We looked at a recent survey which asked questions about appointments, infection control, environment, patient information and fees. The results were positive in all these areas.
There was evidence that learning from incidents and investigations took place and appropriate changes were implemented. The provider also took account of complaints and comments to improve the service. People told us although they had never raised any concerns they would feel confident doing so.
