During an inspection in response to concerns
Patients expressed satisfaction with the service they received. A typical entry in the comments' book was 'Good service, friendly and informative.' The only recurring complaint noted was about appointments not always being on time. Apart from this, the people we spoke to on the day said they had 'no complaints'.
There were effective measures in place to ensure patients safety and security. The premises were very clean on the day of our visit and staff were carrying out comprehensive cleaning and decontamination procedures.
All professional staff were registered with the General Dental Council and professional indemnity certificates were seen.
The provider had implemented procedures to monitor the quality of the care and treatment provided.
