During a routine inspection
During this inspection we found the provider had taken actions to address the shortfalls we identified at our previous inspection.
We did not speak with patients as part of this inspection.

People told us they were confident in their dentist's ability to provide quality dental treatment. One person said 'I think he's (the dentist) excellent, I'm always a little wary but I trust him implicitly'. People told us all staff were helpful and polite when they visited the practice. One person said 'they are excellent, jolly and helpful. They are a credit to the practice'.
People told us they could express their views and were given appropriate support and information to make informed treatment choices. One person said 'yes, I've always understood what's happening'.
We spoke with two of the dentists and two dental nurses who were employed by the service. Dental staff had a good understanding of their role in protecting vulnerable adults and children from abuse.
We saw staff did not always follow infection control guidance to ensure people using the service were protected from the risk of acquiring an infection.
There were appropriate procedures in place to ensure staff were able to assist people quickly in a medical emergency, if one arose.
The provider did not have adequate systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
