Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included; ‘After previously fearing visits to a dentist, (Clinician) instantly put me at my ease and I have enjoyed every visit since’. ‘(Clinician) is a friendly, efficient and caring dental surgeon with good explanation of treatment to be carried out.’ ‘The best example I can give is the time (Clinician) takes to clean, treat and explain what he is doing and why. He goes to great lengths to make my teeth healthy and advise how I can keep them so.
