During a routine inspection
The practice provided a service to approximately 3,000 people. The practice had two treatment rooms including one on the ground floor. There was level access at the front entrance to ensure that people with limited mobility were able access the service.
We spoke with five people during our visit who were attending for treatment. All of them told us that they were satisfied with the service. One person told us 'I'm very happy with the service'.
People told us that their views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care.
We looked at the results of a recent survey conducted by the practice. These results showed high levels of satisfaction with the service.
We saw that staff had received recent training in appropriate areas including safeguarding. Staff we spoke to had a good understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities. People told us that they felt at ease there.
The practice was clean, tidy, well lit and furnished. We saw that a robust record audit system was in place and that records were stored securely.
