During a routine inspection
People told us that consultations and treatments were undertaken in private and they felt their privacy was respected.
People spoken with also reported that appointments were flexible to meet their needs and the service was accessible, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Some comments made were; -
'It's a fabulous service. I really trust my dentist. They are great with my children's teeth.'
'The service is very good and any treatment needed is always fully explained. I'm very happy.'
We looked at the results of surveys that had been completed by forty people who used the service in the last six months. This indicated that people were positive about the care and treatment they had received.
We found that there were practices in place to ensure that good standards were maintained. Feedback from the people who used the service was gathered through surveys. The practice also had a clear complaint procedure. We found checks of equipment had taken place at the recommended frequencies.
We found that the people who used the service were given information around their treatment options and health care advice where needed. The surgeries and reception areas were clean. Records were held securely.
