They told us their confidentiality, privacy and dignity were always maintained. One person said, 'The staff are lovely, everyone is always extremely kind and understanding.'
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
Staff we spoke with said they were confident that people who used the service were safeguarded. They said staff treated people well and were confident that the management team would deal with any issues appropriately and promptly. Staff were aware of what action they should take if they suspected any abuse or if a patient made an allegation of abuse.
The provider had systems in place to check that they were providing an effective service. They identified, monitored and managed risks to people who used or worked in the service.
