During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people in the waiting room within the practice. Both talked positively about the care and treatment they had received at the practice. One person said 'It's fab! The dentist and staff are very friendly and helpful and have put me at my ease as I was very nervous of dentists.' The other person said, 'It's very good. I'd recommend these to anybody.'
We found people were involved in making decisions about their treatment and consent was gained before treatment commenced.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
We found staff received appropriate professional development and were well supported in their roles.
We saw the provider sought the views of patients by asking them to complete a questionnaire. Responses from patients were generally positive.
