During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. One person said, 'The service was first class, it's ticked every box. I went after not having been to the dentist for about 20 years, I was bit nervous going back after that length of time, but I shouldn't have worried. The treatment has been perfect. They're very professional.'
We found that staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and there was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
