During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people who were sat in the waiting area of the practice. This area was comfortable, warm and clean and had a range of information leaflets available. All the people told us they were satisfied with the service they received. One person said; "I have been coming here for 22 years so what does that tell you?'
People told us that they were able to make informed decisions. They said they had enough information to make a decision about their treatment options.
We were told that the provider fully explained the options about the treatment they were being offered. People said they were able to ask any questions and that staff explained things to them clearly.
The service had effective quality systems in place that ensured the service was kept clean. There was sufficient staff that had sufficient qualifications, skills and experience working at the practice.
