During a routine inspection
We saw that policies and procedure had been put in place to ensure the safety and well being of people using the service. There were regular checks being made of the equipment in use and of medication that might be needed in the event of an emergency. Staff were able to undertake further qualifications and training in order to maintain their professional registration.
We raised one concern about the decontamination process in place and the registered provided agreed to address that promptly.
