During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that the provider had ensured that all staff who worked at the dental practice had received training in safeguarding children and adults. This was confirmed in our discussions with the manager and also evidenced by the copies of staff training certificates we received.

During a routine inspection

The people who use the service that we spoke to were positive about the care that they receive. They felt their treatment were explained well to them and that access to appointments was good. They also felt that staff were kind and friendly.
