During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients when we visited the practice. Each patient told us they had been attending the practice for many years and were very satisfied with the service they received. Patients were involved in making decisions about their treatment plans and were given appropriate information about what to expect from their visit to the practice.

One patient said that their children had always attended the practice and that the whole family 'trusted' the dentist.

Patients that we spoke with said that the practice was always clean and tidy and that they had no concerns about cleanliness. We were told that the dentist and the nurses washed their hands before starting any treatment, or used the disinfectant hand gels.
