We looked at staff records and saw evidence that all staff had been trained to the level their positions required and that they had completed training in other appropriate courses, relative to their role.Care and treatment was carried out in line with current best practice and clinical plans were clearly documented.
The provider had ensured all regulatory and legal requirements had been met in regards to radiological equipment.
People were treated in a clean environment and arrangements were in place for the safe decontamination of reusable instruments and equipment.
We found some minor improvements were required to ensure the safe storage of medicines.
